On December 11, we participated in the 19th Extraordinary Theatre Festival-Forum “Begasas” 2025 at Arts Printing House.
We thank everyone who attended, took part, and represented our theatre for their contribution to expanding artistic perspectives and encouraging greater openness in society.
We are happy to have presented the etude “The Cursed Princess and the Underground City – Part 2”, created during workshops of the inclusive performing arts platform “Serpantine Laboratory”.
The second part of a story created by Maksim Golubev tells about a princess and a teacher united by love, stronger than any curse. In an underground city filled with mystery and moonlight, the teacher transforms into a beast. Yet the princess is unafraid — her heart believes that love can awaken goodness even in darkness. The etude, based on Golubev’s script, was directed by the artist himself in collaboration with director Karolis Zajauskas. It is a gentle, fairy-tale-like story about courage, loyalty, and love capable of overcoming darkness.
During the event, the activities of “Serpantine Laboratory” were presented by educational programs curator Erika Viselgė.
